Referrals

 To be elibable for service from PSS you must

• Have a diagnosed mental health issue as your primary disability or care for someone with a mental health issue
• Be over the age of 16 years
• Live in the geographic area extending from Mordialloc Creek to Portsea and the entire Westernport Region, (City of Frankston and Kingston South and Mornington Peninsula) 

Referrals can be made by individuals, families, workers, GP's, by contacting the Duty Intake Worker on 5970 5000.
