Outreach program provides supports to enable people to maintain and enhance their quality of life and independence. Support is based on goal setting and may include household management, problem solving techniques, community linkages, and referral to other services. 

Intensive outreach program is for people with a dual diagnosis who are also homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our Skills for Life program aims to assist people with a mental health diagnosis to learn or improve upon the necessary skills to live independently, and also offers help to look at future housing options.  Note:  referrals for these two programs are only sought when a vacancy occurs.
