Dawn Fisher - Chairperson

Dawn Fisher has many years experience in nursing in the UK. Since migrating to Australia in 1982 she has worked in the field of psychiatry, with a focus on working with the elderly who have psychiatric problems. Dawn was involved in the initial establishment of PSS, and served on the board in those early years. Dawn is a qualified General and Psychiatric nurse, and has a Graduate Diploma of Gerontology, and a Diploma of Advanced Business.

Clare Lehane - Treasurer

Clare Lehane is a finance professional who has worked in rehabilitation, acute and aged care plus family relationship services for the last 7 years. Clare is a certified practising accountant (CPA) with over 21 years financial accounting experience in the not for profit and commercial sectors, with a recent move to working for a not for profit leisure association supporting yachting and the provision of services to disadvantaged children.

Elain Bakker

Elain Bakker has a long involvement in community organisations, community houses, community theatre, local development associations, member of various state level organisations, the Australian education union, teachers, and the registration board and institute of teaching. Currently on the board of the Association of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres and coordinator at Rye Beach Community Centre.

Norma Duff

Norma Duff has been actively involved with the Peninsula Carer Council since its inception. Working with a dedicated team of mental health professionals and carers in the development and implementation of the councils vision of building bridges between carers and mental health services. Norma's experience has provided PSS board valuable insight from a carer perspective in achieving quality outcomes.

Robin Hulse

Robin Hulse is a consumer representative on PSS's board. Robins experience is in administration. Since retiring Robin has been actively involved in community services and volunteer work. She is an active member of various groups including PSS's creative writing group, Wirlida Ladies Group, Women Living with Depression and the Arts Access Group at Cube 37.

Elin Schwab

Elin Schwab is a Psychologist working in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula. Previously Elin worked as a Community Heath Service Psychologist for 12 years. A large part of Elin’s counselling is working with people who have a mental illness.

Ila Howard

Illa Howard resides in Mornington and has a background of employment involving Community Mental Health and Aged Care services across the Mornington Peninsula.

Ric Sotelo

B.Eng. (Chemical Engineering) (First Class Honours), MBA (Melbourne), CPA.  Mr Sotelo has more than 20 years experience in corporate strategy and corporate finance, including substantial experience in the financing of projects and businesses. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in an ASX-listed company, Molopo Energy Limited, and is currently Chief Commercial Officer in that company.  Previous roles include KPMG Corporate Finance as a Director, AIDC Australia as Associate Director of Project Finance and Comalco Limited in senior Business Analysis roles.
